Clogged Toilets

Clogged Toilets

Clogged Toilets are one of a homeowner’s worst nightmares. It happens when you least expect it, and it makes a mess that nobody wants to touch because it can put your health at risk. Instead of waiting until the clog happens, call Karl’s Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling the experts throughout New York, Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester and surrounding areas, before your toilet creates a monster mess. Karl’s trained plumbing technicians are able to clear your sewer lines of any clogs before they cause a complete block or sewer backup. But, if disaster strikes in the middle of the night, don’t hesitate to give Karl’s a call. The technicians are on call and available around the clock, any day of the week because clogged toilets happen.

Check Your Drains

If you aren’t sure what is causing the clog of your toilet, check to see that your drains are draining properly, fill all of your sinks, tubs, and showers at the same time. Then, let them all drain at the same time. If the draining process is slow or stops, you will know that you need to give Karl’s a call.  You should do this draining test on a regular schedule so that you know when the clog begins to start. It is much easier to unclog a partial clog that hasn’t caused a problem yet, than to be dealing with a clogged drain that is backing up.

Main Line clogs are in the sewer line that collects all of your waste water from your sinks, showers, tubs, washing machine, dishwasher, and toilets. If the toilet clog is in the main line, Karl’s can come to the rescue. If your clog is localized to only one drain line, you may not have problems with drains in other parts of your home because they are not directly connected. However, many bathroom clogs are the result of one major clog in the drain line. No matter which line is causing your toilet clog, Karl’s can handle it for you.
